GI 시리즈 열음극 진공 게이지
이 시리즈는 열음극형 이온화 진공 게이지로, 9.9~5 × 10⁻⁸ Pa (7.4 × 10⁻²~3.75 × 10⁻¹⁰ Torr, 9.9 × 10⁻²~5 × 10⁻¹⁰ mbar)의 압력 범위를 측정할 수 있는 금속 측정기 GI-M2와 6.7 × 10⁻¹~10⁻⁶ Pa (5 × 10⁻³~9.75 × 10⁻⁹ Torr, 6.7 × 10⁻³~1.3 × 10⁻⁸ mbar)의 압력 범위를 측정할 수 있는 유리 측정기 GI-D7가 있으며, 삼극관 또는 BA 타입 센서 헤드를 사용할 수 있습니다.
