GIシリーズ 熱陰極真空計
GIシリーズ 熱陰極真空計は、熱陰極型イオンゲージを採用した真空計で、高真空から超高真空領域までの圧力測定が可能です。トライオード型またはB-A型センサーヘッドを使用し、以下の測定範囲に対応しています。金属ゲージ（GI-M2）：9.9～5×10⁻⁸ Pa（7.4×10⁻²～3.75×10⁻¹⁰ Torr、9.9×10⁻²～5×10⁻¹⁰ mbar）、ガラスゲージ（GI-D7）：6.7×10⁻¹～1×10⁻⁶ Pa（5×10⁻³～9.75×10⁻⁹ Torr、6.7×10⁻³～1.3×10⁻⁸ mbar）。トライオード型またはB-A型センサーヘッドにより、安定した高精度な真空測定を実現します。
