- 1 누설률에는 O-ring을 통한 투과 누설이 포함되지 않습니다. O-ring 샤프트 씰이 장착된 경우, 개폐 중 외부 누설은 규정되지 않습니다.
- 2 가열 중에는 개폐하지 마십시오.
- 3 VLH-MB의 VLP-MB의 경우, 밸브 본체의 최대 가열 온도는 열린 상태에서 200℃ (392℉), 닫힌 상태에서 150℃ (302℉)입니다.
