FHHN 시리즈 수평형 롤러 가열식 진공 열처리로
FHH 시리즈는 다양한 금속의 뜨임, 소결 및 브레이징 등 여러 용도로 사용됩니다.
특징
- 핫 롤러 이송 시스템을 적용하여 각 단위 챔버를 조합함으로써 챔버 구성을 확장할 수 있습니다.
- 공정 및 처리량에 따라 준비 챔버(진공/대기압), 예열 챔버(최고 500°C), 가열 챔버(최고 1,150°C), 냉각 챔버 등 다양한 시스템 구성을 선택할 수 있습니다.
- 더블 게이트 밸브를 적용하여 각 챔버를 완전히 독립적으로 격리할 수 있으며, 진공 및 대기 환경을 완전히 분리할 수 있습니다.
- 공정 및 처리량에 따라 챔버 유닛을 추가할 수 있습니다.
- 다음과 같은 인라인 공정이 가능합니다: 로딩 → 가열 1 → 냉각 1 → 가열 2 → 냉각 2 → 언로딩
- 6존 온도 제어 가열 시스템(옵션)을 적용하여 1,150°C에서 ±3°C의 우수한 온도 균일도를 실현할 수 있습니다.
