2 VD90C is not permitted for continuous operation at inlet pressures of 1,000 Pa or higher. The maximum allowable water vapor tolerance / maximum water vapor handling capacity of VD90C (during continuous operation): 1,000 Pa / 600 g/h.
3 Increased safety type explosion-proof motors and pressure-resistant explosion-proof motors are available as options.
4 Factory shipment setting is 200 V class Δ (delta) wiring. If the operating voltage is 400 V class, please change to Y (star) wiring.
5 High-load operation refers to repeated evacuation from atmosphere to vacuum in a short time, or long-term operation at pressures of 10,000 Pa (75 Torr) or higher.
