VD series is a direct-drive oil rotary pump with high efficiency (IE3) multi-voltage motor fully developed by ULVAC. This dual stage rotary vane mechanical vacuum achieves lower ultimate pressure. Design optimization realized quiet operation and so this pump is suitable for a wide range of applications.
Features
- High efficiency multi-voltage motor (IE3) developed entirely by ULVAC. This is the only motor that can cover a wide voltage range from 200 to 240V/ 380 to 460V. This helps to consume electricity at an extremely low level compared to other motors of the same type.
- Forced oil circulation system keeps the vacuum pump body temperature below 40 degrees Celsius.
- Pump speed is stable even around atmospheric pressure. Suitable for repeated and continuous running between atmospheric pressure and vacuum.
- Vacuum pressure up to 0.67 Pascal (measured in Pirani). This value is guaranteed to be accurate, unlike some other brands where the actual measured value and the value on the catalog are very different.
- Extremely long life, this is proven by the fact that major brands such as Panasonic, Daikin, Aqua, Honda, Toyota, Vinfast… all use this pump line in their production lines.
