SW1 시리즈 Pirani 진공 게이지
SW1 시리즈 광범위 측정용 Pirani 진공 게이지는 대기압부터 5 × 10⁻² Pa까지 측정할 수 있습니다. 또한 기존 컨트롤러의 제어 패널과 디스플레이를 제거하고, 최소한의 필수 기능만 갖추도록 설계하여 비용과 설치 공간을 절감할 수 있습니다.
