SW1シリーズ ピラニ真空計
SW1シリーズ ピラニ真空計は、大気圧から5×10⁻²Paまで測定可能なワイドレンジピラニ真空計です。 また、従来のコントローラーに搭載されていた操作パネルや表示部を省略し、必要最小限の機能に絞ることで、コスト削減と省スペース化を実現しています。
特長
- 大気圧から5×10⁻²Paまでの広範囲測定が可能です。
- センサーとコントローラーを一体化することで、ケーブル削減、省スペース化、省エネルギー化を実現しています。
- DC24V電源入力で動作可能です。
- 圧力信号は0～10Vで出力されます。
- LEDによるエラー表示機能を搭載し、視認性を向上しています。
- 大気圧調整およびゼロ点調整はワンタッチ操作で実行可能です。
- センサーユニットは容易に交換可能です。
- 2点設定値出力に対応しています。（SW1-1）
- RS232C／RS485通信に対応しています。（SW1-2のみ）
- CE規格に適合しています。
