DPG는 스퍼터링용 2kW~30kW DC 전원 공급 장치입니다. 신뢰성이 높은 부품과 회로를 사용하여 제작되었으며, 수년간 축적된 전원 공급 장치 응용 기술을 바탕으로 플라즈마 부하에 최적화된 설계를 적용한 고신뢰성 DC 전원 공급 장치입니다.
DPG-2 / DPG-4는 스퍼터링용 2kW / 4kW DC 전원 공급 장치입니다. 높은 제어 정밀도를 통해 뛰어난 반복 정밀도를 제공합니다.
