DPG-2 / DPG-4シリーズ 小容量DC電源装置
DPG-2 / DPG-4は、スパッタリング用途向けの2kW／4kW直流電源装置です。高精度な制御性能により、優れた再現性を実現しています。

DPG-10 / DPG-20は、スパッタリング用途向けの10kW／20kW直流電源装置です。信頼性の高い部品および回路を採用し、長年にわたり培ってきた電源技術と豊富なアプリケーション実績を設計に反映しています。プラズマ負荷に最適化された、高信頼性のDC電源装置です。

- 800V仕様および1000V仕様をご用意しています。

- 強制空冷方式を採用しており、冷却水は不要です。
- 高速アーク遮断回路（オプション対応）
- 高速アーク遮断回路を搭載することで、低アークエネルギーを実現します。また、オプションとして高速アーク遮断回路の追加も可能です。
- 並列運転機能（オプション）
- DPG-10およびDPG-20は、オプションの並列運転機能により、10kW機および20kW機を組み合わせて**最大12台（最大240kW）**まで並列運転が可能です。
