ULHITETM NE-7800H는 NVM(비휘발성 메모리) 소재를 비롯하여 유전체, 귀금속 및 자성층의 식각에 적합한 저압·고밀도 플라즈마 클러스터형 에칭 시스템입니다. FeRAM, MRAM, ReRAM, CBRAM, PCRAM 등에 적용됩니다.
