Vacuum furnace COMBAT series are used for various purposes such as Quenching, Tempering, Sintering. The product is researched and optimally designed by ULVAC R&D institutes in Japan and is constantly improved and updated with the latest technology. - Maximum temperature: 1300 ° C
- Operating temperature: 300 ° C ~ 1250 ° C
- Temperature uniformity: less than ± 5 ° C at 1,150 ° C
- Heating system using graphite rod
- All vacuum pumps, vacuum sensors, vacuum valves, and controllers are manufactured by ULVAC.
- Temperature control by PID integral-derivative algorithm. Combined with IGBT high-power semiconductor valve system
- Heating time from room temperature to 1,250 ° C within 1 hour
- Temperature reduction time from 1,250 ° C to below 150 ° C within 10 minutes
- The tightness of the heating chamber is almost absolute.
- We have available Helium gas leak testing equipment in Vietnam. In order to respond almost immediately when there is a leak problem.
- Especially: ULVAC Vietnam’s team of engineers directly installs and transfers technology to customers.
The latest furnace has just completed installation, testing and handover in early 2023.
