Quleeの派生モデルとして、お客様のニーズに対応するため新たな機能を追加しました。 差動排気ユニットを搭載することで、プロセス管理および残留ガス分析に必要な測定・分析機能を提供します。

Qulee・YTP 分子ガスモニター 標準仕様表 注記
※1：AC100V以外の電圧を使用する海外または地域で本装置を使用する場合は、電源コードをご使用ください。原子圧力サンプラー、卓上型YTP、Qulee用ACアダプターには、それぞれ専用の電源コードが必要です。
※2：卓上型YTPを設置する際は、必ずベースを使用してください。大気圧仕様の場合、コントローラを取り付け可能な2段構造となっています。
※3：電源コンセントは、大気圧仕様／AC100Vタイプのみ対応しています。
※4：キャスターは大気圧仕様のみ対応しています。キャスターはお客様にて取り付けてください。
※5：オプションのスイッチングハブを使用する場合は、ACアダプターが必要です。
※6：フロア用台車は、お客様にて設置してください。
※7：卓上型YTP、Qulee本体、ガス導入口などは別梱包となります。取り付け方法については、組立説明書をご参照ください。
