- 최고 압력 성능 확보: ISO 표준을 준수한 테스트 돔을 사용하여 ULVAC에서 10⁻⁹ Pa 수준의 초고진공을 달성했습니다.
- 불활성 가스 강화형(AU 타입) 적용으로 배기 성능을 2배 향상했습니다.
※ 기존 ULVAC 펌프 대비 - 높은 배기 속도를 통해 초고진공 영역까지 도달할 수 있습니다.
- 짧은 시간 내에 초고진공까지 배기 가능
