DÒNG BƠM PST ION PHÚN PHỦ VỚI BỘ ĐIỀU KHIỂN
Bơm phún ion được sử dụng để tạo chân không cực cao cho các máy phân tích và máy gia tốc khác nhau. Máy bơm phún xạ ion của ULVAC được thiết kế để áp dụng các yếu tố mới và tối ưu hóa từ trường để cải thiện các đặc tính hút chân không ở độ chân không cao và cực cao.
ĐẶC ĐIỂM
- Có sẵn cho áp suất tối đa (thứ tự 10-9Pa) ULVAC đã đạt được thứ tự với mái vòm thử nghiệm tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn ISO.
- Tăng gấp đôi hiệu suất bơm đạt được nhờ mô hình bơm tăng cường khí trơ (loại AU) (so với các máy bơm thông thường của ULVAC)
- Tốc độ bơm cao đạt được độ chân không cực cao
- Bơm xuống chân không cực cao trong một khoảng thời gian ngắn
- Đặc tính bơm đỉnh cao trong chân không siêu cao (xả duy trì xuống chân không cực cao)
