BƠM ION ULVAC
イオンポンプは、各種分析装置や加速器などにおいて、超高真空を生成するために使用されています。 ULVACのスパッタイオンポンプは、新しい技術要素の採用と磁場の最適化により、高真空・超高真空領域における排気特性の向上を実現するよう設計されています。
