수직형 진공 열처리로 FHV 시리즈
FHV 시리즈는 다양한 금속의 냉각, 담금질 및 브레이징 등 여러 용도로 사용됩니다. 가열 챔버와 준비/냉각 챔버로 구성된 수직형 2챔버 구조에 승강 메커니즘을 적용하여 설치 공간을 절약할 수 있습니다. 또한 가열 공정부터 냉각 공정까지의 온도 데이터를 연속적으로 기록할 수 있어 제품의 품질 관리에 효과적입니다.

- 최고 온도: 1,350°C
- 작동 온도 범위: 800 ~ 1,150°C
- 온도 균일도: 1,150°C에서 ±5°C 이내
- 가열 챔버를 진공 환경으로 유지하여 높은 품질과 우수한 재현성을 확보
- 회전식 냉각 메커니즘(옵션): 절삭 공구와 같은 긴 제품의 열처리에 적합
- 열전대를 처리 제품에 직접 설치할 수 있어 가열부터 냉각까지 제품의 온도 이력 데이터를 기록하고 정밀한 품질 관리가 가능
