AXTRANシリーズ 熱陰極真空計
AxTRANは、イオン源とイオンコレクターの間にBessel Box型エネルギーフィルターを搭載した熱陰極電離真空計です。 この構造により、軟X線による光電流および電子刺激脱離（ESD）によって発生する残留電流を低減し、0.5 × 10⁻¹⁰ Paの高分解能測定を実現します。
