LÒ NHIỆT LUYỆN CHÂN KHÔNG LOẠI CON LĂN NÓNG MODEL FHHN-3060, FHHN-6090, FHHN-6150
Dòng FHH được sử dụng cho các mục đích khác nhau, chẳng hạn như tôi luyện, thiêu kết, hàn các loại kim loại khác nhau.
ĐẶC ĐIỂM
- Áp dụng hệ thống mang con lăn nóng, cấu hình khoang có thể được nhân lên bằng cách kết hợp từng khoang unitized.
- Có thể lựa chọn cấu hình hệ thống tùy thuộc vào quy trình và thông lượng, chẳng hạn như buồng chuẩn bị (chân không/khí quyển), buồng làm nóng sơ bộ (hoạt động 500ºC), buồng gia nhiệt (hoạt động 1150ºC), buồng làm mát.
- Sử dụng van cổng đôi, mỗi buồng được cách ly hoàn toàn. Chân không/bầu khí quyển hoàn toàn bị cô lập.
- Đơn vị có thể được thêm vào tùy thuộc vào quy trình và thông lượng.
- Quy trình nội tuyến có thể thực hiện được như bên dưới “Đang tải → Sưởi ấm 1 → Làm mát 1 → Sưởi ấm 2 → Làm mát 2 → Dỡ tải”.
- Áp dụng hệ thống sưởi hệ thống kiểm soát nhiệt độ sáu phần （tùy chọn）, nhiệt độ đồng nhất có thể là 1150ºC ± 3ºC.

- Xử lý nhiệt chân không: Xử lý nhiệt các kim loại khác nhau, hàn.
- Sintering: Nam châm.
