UTM-MI ターボ分子ポンプ 磁気軸受を搭載したターボ分子ポンプ用コントローラを一体化することで、配線作業の削減と設置スペースの省スペース化を実現します。

エアインレット試験やタッチダウン試験など、安全性確認試験をクリアしています。
※「タッチダウン試験」は磁気軸受ターボ分子ポンプでローター保護性能を確認する試験を指すため、技術資料ではこの表現で問題ありません。
